Guesthouse Baia Sonambula is a new guesthouse in Tofo Beach. It was finished in April 2007 and hosts three sea view chalets and two non sea view chalets. The guesthouse is a 5 minute walk away from Tofo village centre and is located right behind the swimming beach of Tofo.
The rooms are all en-suite and fitted with mosquito nets, safes, ventilators, water purifiers and many small extras such as lamps and other décor interiors. The sea view chalets all have their own terraces and guarantee a high level of relaxation provided by the sun chairs on the terrace.
The guesthouse also offers two large communal sea facing terraces and a main building with a living room, a kitchen and an honour bar. The interiors are designed with African art with lots of small details. Breakfast is served by the guesthouse staff in one of the communal terraces. There's several extra services, which have to be paid for, such as laundry services, baby sitting, as well as drinks from the honour bar.
This guesthouse Baia Sonambula is the nicest accommodation in Tofo at the moment, and is recommended for travelers looking for European standards within an African ambiance as well as an exclusive style.
